Work Wear Stitching
Completely, exactly, reliably

Sapphire's garment production now exceeds 90,000 pieces per month and continues to grow.
Our garment unit was launched in 2008 with pilot projects on some 30 machines. We've continued to grow that capacity while ensuring complete partner satisfaction along the way. We're now operating more than 500 state-of-the-art Japanese-manufactured machines, mainly from Juki and Brother.
Production currently focuses on industrial garments, hospital clothing, uniforms for hotels and food service, as well as specialized items such as safety wear and protective clothing. | |
Fabrics currently being stitched include: polycottons, cotton/filament, polyesters, core-spun fabrics, high visibility fabrics, anti-static fabrics with carbon-fibre grids, chlorine-fast fabrics, flame retardant cottons and high abrasion cottons. Most with enhanced pilling resistance and high tensile strengths. |
Some use T-400 technology for mechanical stretch, and we’re developing X-fit Bi-Stretch with Invista and Dupont, and new Sorona Fibres with Dupont. |
Much of our stitched work wear has permanent performance treatment, including 3M stain release, dual release and repel finishing, and insect-repellent finishing. |
Consistent quality and reliable on-time delivery, along with competitive pricing, complete customer service and close partner relations, have made Sapphire a supplier of choice to top European and American work wear and uniform-supply brands.

While we're currently focusing our stitching expertise on work wear, Sapphire is in a position to consider assembly of other clothing types as well.
